Alafia River State Park
RV and tent camping is available with horses. Riders can
enjoy a relaxing day of approximately 20 miles of equestrian
trails. The horse trails are well marked and wind around
lakes, over hills and through wooded areas. The blue trail is
a perimeter loop, the white trail runs north and south, the
green trail runs east and west, and the yellow trails are
island loops. Riders must furnish their own horse. Proof of
current Negative Coggins is required. Camping rates are $18.00
a night, plus tax. Daily Equestrian Fees are $6.00 per
horse/per day or $14.00 per trailer/per day, plus tax.

Coldwater Recreation Area
Blackwater River State Forest
Horse stalls, campsites with electricity, restrooms, showers
and a dining facility. Reservations are required for the
dining facility and all campsites in this recreation area.

Florida Caverns State Park
An Equestrian Facility is located in the center of the
multi-use trail system, horseback riders can use the stables
and coral. Wash rack is located directly behind the stables .
Restrooms and picnic shelters nearby for your convenience.
Horse stables may be reserved when camping. Please be sure to
bring a current coggin's test for each horse.

Highlands Hammock State Park
Horse camp area is located at start of 11-mile trail. This
area is primitive, with no electricity or restroom facility.
Restrooms are located a short drive away, self contained units
and generators are welcome in this area. There is room for
trailer parking at this area, tie outs and water trough are
provided.
