Tip Top Guest Ranch
Tip Top Ranch was originally founded by John O. Anderson.
Looking for a new way of life for his family, John purchased
the foreclosed mountain ranch for back taxes in the early
1950s. In 1994 his grandson, Jeff Anderson alongside wife
Cindy Anderson, opened the guest ranch to share the joy and
beauty of this scenic mountain retreat with others. It has
become a regular destination for many dudes wishing to escape
the hustle of everyday life. Guests can find rest,
recuperation, and some adventure too.
Several cabins are available for nightly rentals. They are
rustic with no running water, but they are modernized with
electricity. They all have wood burning stoves for those
chilly nights and full functional kitchenettes. Guest horses -
$10 per horse, per night - Bring your own feed, proof of
current vaccinations and current Coggins required!
